The Mom-2-Mom is a platform for moms to connect, and support each other to strengthen our homes and avoid a family crisis.

 

We recognize the burden we bear mostly in silence and it is to encourage real conversation among moms. Hearing other people’s stories helps you realize that you are not alone and that is what a village really is.

The importance of real conversation between mothers cannot be overemphasized. Seeking help, accepting help, seeking godly counsel and correct relationships as we navigate the country we have come to call home.  

 

The conversation is facilitated in partnership with Mother By Faith.

The Mom-2-Mom group meets every Wednesday at 1pm MST on Zoom

​

Referrals to Mom-2-Mom can be made through agency or self-referral.
