NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the Members of Ruth’s House Society will be held by Teams video conference on Wednesday, July 16 at the hour of 6 p.m. (Mountain Daylight Time) for the following purposes:

1.       To receive the report of the Board Chair.

2.       To receive the report of the Executive Director.
